Terms of Use

1. The Service

Qader is a technology platform that connects riders with independent, licensed driver partners in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We facilitate the booking and payment of trips; the transport itself is provided by the driver partner.

2. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your device and verification codes secure.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.

3. Fares and Payment

Fares are shown before you confirm a trip and may vary with distance, duration, demand, tolls and waiting time. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method on completion of the trip. Cancellation fees may apply where a driver has already been dispatched. All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT where applicable.

4. Your Conduct

• Treat drivers and other users with respect; harassment, threats and discrimination are prohibited.
• Do not damage or soil the vehicle. Cleaning costs may be charged.
• Do not transport illegal, hazardous or prohibited items.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or attempt to defraud drivers or the platform.
• Wear a seatbelt and follow Saudi traffic regulations at all times.

5. Driver Partners

Driver partners are independent contractors, not employees of Qader. They must hold a valid licence, vehicle registration, insurance and any permit required by the Transport General Authority, and must keep these documents current.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a trip before the driver arrives; a cancellation fee may apply after the free window. If you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 14 days at info@qadir.sa and we will review and refund any verified overcharge to the original payment method.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, poses a safety risk, or shows signs of fraud. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

8. Liability

We provide the platform on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by Saudi law, our liability is limited to the value of the trip in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Intellectual Property

The Qader name, logo, application and all related content are owned by us and may not be copied, reverse engineered or used commercially without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.
