If you or another person is in immediate danger, call 911 first. Then report the incident to us on 0509994560 or info@qadir.sa with the trip details so we can investigate and act on the driver or rider account involved.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a trip?+
Open the Qader app, confirm your pickup point, enter your destination, choose a ride type and tap Confirm. You will see the fare and the driver's details before the trip starts.
How is the fare calculated?+
The fare is based on distance, estimated duration, current demand, tolls and any waiting time. The estimate is shown before you confirm, and the final receipt is sent to you in the app.
I was charged incorrectly. What do I do?+
Open the trip in your trip history and tap “Report an issue”, or email info@qadir.sa with the trip date and time. We review billing disputes within 14 days and refund verified overcharges to your original payment method.
I left something in the vehicle.+
Contact us as soon as possible with the trip time and a description of the item. We will contact the driver on your behalf and arrange a handover.
How do I become a driver partner?+
Sign up in the app as a driver and upload your national ID or Iqama, driving licence, vehicle registration and insurance. Once your documents pass verification and the background check, you can start accepting trips.
How do I delete my account?+
In the app go to Profile → Account → Delete Account, or email info@qadir.sa from your registered address. Verified requests are actioned within 30 days.
How do I report a safety incident?+
Use the in-app emergency button during a trip, or call us immediately on the number above. Safety reports are escalated ahead of all other requests, and we cooperate fully with the competent authorities.
Which cities does Qader operate in?+
Qader is launching in Mecca first, with expansion to further Saudi cities to follow. Coverage in the app always reflects the live service area.
