Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Qadir Delivery, a branch of Bin Rabie Holding Group ("we", "us", "Qader"), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use the Qader mobile application and website. We process personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

1. Data We Collect

We only collect the data we need to provide rides safely and reliably.

  • Account data: full name, mobile number, email address, profile photo and preferred language.
  • Trip data: pickup and drop-off points, route taken, trip time and distance, fare and trip history.
  • Location data: precise device location while the app is in use, and in the background only for drivers on an active trip, so we can match riders with nearby drivers and track the trip in progress.
  • Payment data: payment method type and the last four digits of the card. Full card numbers are handled directly by our licensed payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
  • Driver partner data: national ID or Iqama, driving licence, vehicle registration, insurance and background-check results, as required by Saudi transport regulations.
  • Device and usage data: device model, operating system, app version, language, crash logs, diagnostics and IP address.
  • Communications: in-app chat and calls between rider and driver (masked numbers), plus support tickets and ratings you submit.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and manage your account and verify your identity.
  • To request, match, dispatch, navigate, complete and price trips.
  • To process payments, issue invoices and handle refunds or disputes.
  • To keep users safe: fraud prevention, incident investigation and driver vetting.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
  • To improve the service, fix defects and analyse performance in aggregate.
  • To send service messages about your trips, and — only with your consent — promotional offers.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory and tax obligations in Saudi Arabia.

3. Legal Basis

We process personal data on the basis of the contract with you (to deliver the trip you requested), our legitimate interests (safety, fraud prevention and service improvement), our legal obligations, and — where required — your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Sharing Your Data

We never sell your personal data. We share it only in these cases:

  • With the driver or rider matched to your trip: first name, rating, pickup and drop-off point, and a masked phone number.
  • With payment processors and banks, strictly to complete a transaction.
  • With service providers that host, map, message or analyse on our behalf, under written confidentiality and data-processing terms.
  • With competent Saudi authorities, regulators or courts where required by law or to protect life and safety.
  • With a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or restructuring, subject to the same protections.

5. Data Storage and Transfers

Personal data is stored on secured servers and is primarily processed inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where a provider processes data abroad, we transfer it only under safeguards permitted by the PDPL and its implementing regulations.

6. Retention

We keep account and trip data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only for the period required by Saudi commercial, tax and transport regulations — typically up to ten years for financial records. Data no longer required is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

7. Your Rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

  • Be informed about how your data is used and why.
  • Access a copy of your personal data.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data where it is no longer needed for a lawful purpose.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing or optional processing at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account from the app under Profile → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing info@qadir.sa from your registered address. We action verified requests within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain.

9. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, phone-number verification and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so we also commit to notifying you and the competent authority of any breach affecting your data without undue delay.

10. Children

Qader is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we will close it and delete the associated data.

11. Permissions We Request

  • Location — to find nearby drivers, navigate and track trips in progress.
  • Notifications — to send driver arrival, trip status and receipt alerts.
  • Camera and photos — optional, for your profile photo and driver document upload.
  • Contacts — optional, only if you choose to book a trip for someone in your contacts.
  • Microphone — optional, only for in-app voice calls with your driver.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect, and the date below will be revised.
